Protecting your data, privacy and personal data is very important to MoveMed Limited (‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘we’). This privacy policy provides information about how we collect and process your personal data when you use our digital platforms. This privacy policy applies to the personal data we collect about you when you use our digital platforms (including the mobile phone application MoveMed and connected web portal, as well as our website [www.movemed.io]).
Our digital platforms are used to collect and analyse data relating to users, many of who we expect to be patients diagnosed with a neuro-muscular disease (our “Services”). The platforms are not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children and they should only be used by users with sufficient knowledge of the English language to understand and agree to the Terms & Conditions, this Policy and any in-app or web-based content.
It is important that you read this privacy policy together with any other privacy policy or fair processing policy we may provide on specific occasions when we are collecting or processing personal data about you, so that you are fully aware of how and why we are using your data. We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know. They are subject to a duty of confidentiality and, where they are the data processor, will only process your personal data on our instructions.
